For the punch

• 300 ml low-fat milk
• 50 ml whipped cream
• 40 g white chocolate
• 2 ½ tbsp orange liqueur
• ½ tsp zest of an untreated orange
• Cinnamon

Introduction

Let’s start with the classic, which we’re giving a little upgrade. Normal hot chocolate is a thing of the past. Let’s start with hot white chocolate with a wintery hint of orange.

Preparation

1. Insert the ribbed stirring insert together with the cover into the milk container and pour in the milk.
2. Select and start the “Hot chocolate” program.
3. Roughly chop the white chocolate and add to the milk.
4. When the chocolate has dissolved, add the liqueur and orange zest and continue to stir.
5. Whip the cream.
6. Pour the hot chocolate into a cup, add the whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
