High Protein Köfte from the grill

The barbecue season has officially started and we have created a protein-rich recipe for you and I promise you will score points at every barbecue with this explosion of flavor.

  • 50 g soy granules
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 medium onion
  • 25 ml soy sauce
  • 75 g rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 25 ml beet juice
  • Fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili
  • 1 tbsp paprika paste

Supplements

  • Bread
  • Soy herb quark
  • Grilled vegetables
  • Fresh herbs

Preparation

  1. Cook the soy granules in vegetable stock until soft, then drain
  2. Knead all the ingredients into a dough
  3. Shape the dough into kofta and thread onto skewers
  4. Place the köfte on the grill and fry on both sides until golden brown
  5. Enjoy with the side dishes!
