  • 400 g buckwheat
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 100 g almonds
  • 80 ml coconut oil
  • 50 ml maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of vanilla

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Finely chop the walnuts and almonds.
  3. Melt the coconut oil.
  4. Add the maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon and mix everything together.
  5. Spread the muesli on a baking tray.
  6. Bake for approx. 20 minutes until crispy.
